Infineon Battery Management System (BMS) solutions
Electrification and battery management systems are key focus areas for Infineon. Infineon has a complete portfolio of battery management systems, including wired and wireless BMS solutions. The wired BMS solutions are based on products such as AURIX, PMICs, equalization and monitoring supervisory ICs. TLE9012DQU and TLE9015DQU provide optimized cell monitoring and equalization solutions that enable lean and cost-effective designs by combining excellent measurement performance, higher quality standards and application robustness. Both ICs are suitable for a wide range of industrial, consumer and automotive battery applications and meet ASIL-D safety requirements. The wireless BMS solution utilizes Infineon's latest CWY89829 low-power chip to create an interconnected mesh network that achieves maximum node connection speeds while maintaining sensor efficiency. In addition to this, Infineon offers reliable LV MOSFET and EiceDRIVER solutions, including the 2ED2410 and 2ED4820 products designed for future applications such as electrification of 24V/48V BMS main switches.
